  • That application A7/25 for 6335 Road 116 requesting a minor variance to reduce the required MDS II setback from the proposed swine barn and manure storage from neighbouring residences and school be denied.

  • That application A11/25 for 6170 Ament Line requesting a minor variance to reduce the required MDS II setback from the proposed swine barn and manure storage from neighbouring residences be denied.

  • That application A10/25 for 3700 Herrgott Road requesting a minor variance to allow for two attached Additional Dwelling Units and to allow for one unit to contain up to three bedrooms be approved.

  • That application A8/25 for 5463 Deborah Glaister Line requesting a minor variance for a reduction in the required MDS II setback from 187 metres to 146 metres from the neighbouring residence at 5471 Deborah Glaister Line be approved.

  • That the Committee of Adjustment deny application B2/25 as it is not in compliance with the policies of the Regional Official Plan and the Township Official Plan.  

  • That application A9/25 for 3502 Hutchison Road and 4750 Ament Line, notwithstanding the recommendation to deny the associated consent application B2/25, requesting a minor variance to reduce the minimum setback to 10m from the top of bank, to increase the maximum floor area to 1320m2, to increase the maximum lot coverage to 12% and to reduce the MDS II setback from the vacant Mennonite school to 100m be approved.

  • That the minutes of the June 10, 2025 Committee of Adjustment meeting be adopted as presented.
